DEPOSITS

• Equivalent to one nights stay for 1-7 nights stays

• Equivalent to two nights stay for 8-14 nights stays

• Equivalent to three nights stay for 15-29 nights stay

• For 30 nights or more, equivalent to 25% of the total cost of the accommodation being reserved is required.

• For stays of less than 7 nights, reservations may be cancelled 24 hours prior to day of arrival to avoid any cancellation fee being levied. One night's rental is chargeable for non-arrival.

• For stays of more than 7 nights, reservations may be cancelled 72 hours prior to day of arrival to avoid any cancellation fee being levied.

• For stays of 30 nights or more, reservations may be cancelled one week prior to day of arrival to avoid any cancellation fee being levied.
